Fancy AI Terms of Service

These terms set out what you can expect from Fancy AI and what we expect from you while you use the service.

  1. AgreementUsing fancy-app.net or any Fancy AI companion chat means you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
  2. Minimum ageFancy AI is available only to people aged 18 or over. Registering while under that age is a breach of these terms.
  3. What Fancy AI providesFancy AI offers conversation with fictional companion characters created by software. It is entertainment and company, nothing more.
  4. Fictional charactersEvery companion, photograph, name and biography on Fancy AI is invented. No real individual is depicted or represented.
  5. Not professional adviceNothing a Fancy AI companion writes is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it must not be relied on as such.
  6. EmergenciesFancy AI is not a crisis service. If you or somebody else is in danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified helpline immediately.
  7. Creating an accountYou provide accurate registration details, keep your password private and remain responsible for everything done through your account.
  8. One account per personAccounts are personal. Sharing, reselling or transferring a Fancy AI account to another person is not permitted.
  9. Account securityTell us promptly at support@fancy-app.net if you believe somebody else has gained access to your Fancy AI account.
  10. Acceptable useYou agree not to use Fancy AI for anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, threatening or intended to harm another person.
  11. Prohibited contentAny attempt to steer a companion toward content involving minors, real identifiable people, violence or illegal activity ends the account immediately and permanently.
  12. No automated accessScraping, crawling, bulk downloading or driving Fancy AI through scripts and bots is prohibited.
  13. No interferenceYou must not probe, overload or attempt to bypass the security, rate limits or access controls of Fancy AI.
  14. Your contentYou keep ownership of the messages you write and grant Fancy AI only the licence needed to store them and generate replies for you.
  15. Generated contentText and images produced by a companion are supplied for your personal, non-commercial use.
  16. Our intellectual propertyThe Fancy AI name, logo, interface, artwork and code belong to Fancy AI and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
  17. Free planFree accounts include a daily allowance of messages, which may be adjusted as capacity changes.
  18. Paid subscriptionsPaid plans renew automatically for the same period until cancelled, and prices are shown before you confirm any purchase.
  19. BillingCharges are taken by our payment partners on the renewal date using the method saved to your Fancy AI account.
  20. CancellingYou may cancel at any time in your account settings. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
  21. RefundsContact support within fourteen days of a charge if the service failed on our side, and we will review the request individually.
  22. Price changesWe may change subscription prices with at least thirty days' notice, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
  23. Virtual itemsCredits, gifts and unlocks inside Fancy AI hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  24. Service changesFeatures may be added, altered or withdrawn as Fancy AI develops, and we aim to give notice of anything significant.
  25. AvailabilityWe work to keep Fancy AI online continuously, but maintenance, outages and third-party failures can interrupt access.
  26. SuspensionAccounts breaching these terms may be suspended or closed without refund, and serious breaches are actioned without warning.
  27. Closing your accountYou may close your Fancy AI account whenever you wish, and deletion then follows the schedule in the privacy policy.
  28. Third-party servicesPayment providers and other partners operate under their own terms, which apply alongside these.
  29. Limitation of liabilityTo the extent the law allows, Fancy AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
  30. IndemnityYou agree to cover claims brought against Fancy AI that result from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
  31. Governing law and disputesThese terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, and we ask you to raise any dispute with support first.
  32. Changes and contactUpdated terms appear on this page with a new date, continued use means acceptance, and questions go to support@fancy-app.net.
